What is delivery time?
Most orders within the U.S. arrive in 2–5 business days.
While we’ve shifted the majority of our shipments to UPS 2nd Day Air or Ground (depending on location), delivery times generally remain within that same 2–5 day window.
We do our best to ship orders placed before 12 PM PST, Monday through Friday, the same day, before our daily USPS or UPS pickup.
Please note: shipping delays due to carriers, holidays, or Sundays may occasionally occur and are outside our control.
For late Friday or weekend orders, we hold shipments to prevent exposure to high temperatures and ensure they’re picked up by UPS on Monday, this does not affect the expected delivery time.
How much is the delivery charge?
We offer flat-rate shipping for $8.99 using USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or UPS Ground, with most orders arriving within 2–3 business days across the continental U.S.
Orders placed on Saturday will ship the following Monday. The shipping day does not count toward the two-three day delivery window.
Delays caused by holidays or carrier issues may extend delivery times and are beyond our control.
Is there package tracking?
As soon as your order status updates from “Processing” to “Shipped,” you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking number. To ensure you don’t miss it, please add us to your safe sender list.
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order history, where tracking details are available.
Do you offer research assistance?

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review our terms and conditions before placing an order. Emails inquiring about product usage will not receive a response.
